The Company

Manufacturing Intelligence Built
by Someone Who Kept the Floor Running.

Vestran exists because the person who built it worked on a semiconductor manufacturing floor and saw the problems firsthand.

GlobalFoundriesSenior Technician, Factory AutomationElevora Holding LLC

Evens Polyte worked as a Senior Technician in Factory Automation at GlobalFoundries, one of the largest and most complex semiconductor foundries in the United States, sustaining the automated systems and robotics that keep high-volume production running. He is completing an MBA in Engineering Management. He worked on the production floor of a facility that manufactures chips for defense, automotive, and communications customers.

The problems Vestran solves are not hypothetical. He experienced unplanned equipment downtime during night shifts where the SOP said one thing and the equipment was doing another, and the institutional knowledge that would have resolved it in 20 minutes was not written down anywhere. He watched experienced engineers retire. He saw new technicians take months to become productive on processes that veteran engineers understood intuitively.

Vestran is the platform he wished existed. Built to work within the constraints of real manufacturing environments: shift schedules, ITAR compliance, conservative IT policies, and production floors where the P1 alarm does not wait for software to be ready.

The National Interest Alignment

Vestran is not building a product and then looking for a market. The market (the need) is explicit, funded, and urgent. The U.S. government has committed $52.7 billion to rebuilding domestic semiconductor manufacturing. That investment succeeds or fails based on whether those new and expanding fabs can operate effectively. Vestran builds the operational intelligence layer that determines that outcome.

How we operate

Built by someone who has worked the floor

Vestran was not conceived by enterprise software veterans or AI researchers. It was designed by a factory automation and maintenance professional who has personally experienced the problems it solves: unplanned downtime during a night shift, the impossibility of finding a procedure in a paper binder during a P1 event, and watching experienced engineers retire with no knowledge transfer process in place.

National interest, not just commercial value

The CHIPS Act is the largest industrial policy investment in U.S. history. Its goal is to rebuild American semiconductor manufacturing capacity at a time when 92% of the world's most advanced chips are made in Asia. Vestran exists to make that investment succeed, by making U.S. fabs operationally stronger, more resilient, and capable of absorbing the tens of thousands of new workers who need to reach competency fast.

No customer data used for AI training

Your facility's SOPs, repair logs, and engineering knowledge are not used to train AI models: not ours, not our providers'. This is a hard constraint, not a policy preference. Each organization's knowledge base is isolated. No cross-customer data sharing under any circumstances.

Honest about what AI can and cannot do

Vestran uses AI for specific, validated tasks: document search and retrieval, equipment health scoring, competency gap analysis. We do not make predictions we cannot support with evidence. Every AI answer in the knowledge engine is cited. Every health score reflects documented sensor thresholds. We do not use "AI-powered" as marketing language for systems that are not actually performing AI tasks.

Work with us

We work directly with manufacturing engineers, reliability managers, plant directors, and workforce leads. No intermediary sales team. When you contact Vestran, you reach the founding team.
